3 ★We're boosting our rating to a three since it started working again after stopping for one day. But what's with the nine questions? Why do we have to answer them all every day? What if you asked us every ten days instead? And do you think I'm going to change my mind about how it feels to hold it? Or how it maneuvers? And what the heck is hydration? During the shave? After the shave? No idea how to answer that. You claim it's a ten-point scale but it's really a 100-point scale. Too much work!

2 ★I have had it for several weeks. After multiple tries of getting the razor to pair with my smartphone, I have yet to succeed. What is my next step?

3 ★This is based on the previous version, since my phone hasn't downloaded the latest version of the app. Here's my complaints. 1: The app takes a long time to connect with the razor. Sometimes it succeeds & sometimes it doesn't. So I shave anyway and then I lose the statistics and analysis (not that I see them any way). 2: sometimes it loses the connection mid shave. Same results. 3: why ask the same questions every time? Ask about the cartridge and the shave.
