La S.I.Gi.T.E. vi dà il benvenuto all’interno dell’app del proprio Corso, che si terrà a Palermo il 16 e il 17 Giugno presso l'NH Hotel.La "Società Italiana di Ginecologia della Terza Età” (S.I.Gi.T.E.) e’ una associazione senza fini di lucro a carattere culturale, scientifico e didattico, nata nel 1991 con lo scopo di studiare i problemi medici legati alla ginecologia della donna nella terza età.
S.I.Gi.T.E. ha lo scopo di studiare in maniera peculiare tutti i problemi inerenti la ginecologia della donna nella terza età, di favorire lo scambio di informazioni in questo campo tra gli specialisti ginecologi e di altre specialità e di incentivare l'attività didattica favorendo contatti con altre società, associazioni, istituzioni.
La nostra società, con l’esperienza del progetto menopausa italia e la stesura delle “raccomandazioni” ha contribuito con lavori e incontri scientifici a definire il trattamento preventivo e terapeutico delle problematiche relative al periodo della menopausa fornendo una traccia a cui ispirarsi nella sua pratica clinica.
La SIGiTE negli anni e’ stata promotrice di molteplici congressi e corsi di formazione, sia a livello regionale che nazionale.
