3 ★The App introduction should include other WIPC models as it is not only for the WIPC402 camera. I just bought & tested a WIPC410 Enhanced HD camera & I suppose the apps is fit for my purpose which is just for situational awareness. The video on my mobile is laggy and the direction keys are slow to respond even on the same LAN network.
1 ★The above says it all...can the developer develops one easy button to turn off all camera motion when I am back home rather than turn off one by one. this one still not done..... I am going to change phone to android pie. so what will happen to my cctv
2 ★I had use aztech for 3 yrs , now the apps become problem , apps always jump out or black screen with my Note 5. And the camera will disconnected self , and can't even connect back. We have to on and reset the on off swich from power plug. Please fix it.
3 ★Good upgrade from the first app. More features could be added to improve user experience. One will be a password/pattern lock for the app. Tat will further enhance the security of the app. 2nd would be the playback function on the apps currently unable to fast foward or rewind. If the apps is able to do that it will be perfect!
2 ★I bought WIPC409 previously can use the androids program. But after updating, cant see and keep on connecting... No issue on IOS. Please go through the program as the camera now useless for me on Androids
1 ★It was working for awhile but now it doesn't connect to the camera at all. Both my wife and my android phones are having the same issue. I can view using the public ip from different network. Thus, it's not the network setting problem. It's the app!!!
1 ★2019 I guess by giving 1 star is for the functionality of the app, else, honestly, I will give zero. All the comment were about the fast forward and rewind function but it doesn't seem the app builder is doing anything to improve the app based on the suggestion. 2018 In my opinion, if there is a fast forward or rewind function, it will certainly attract more users to his products. Other competitor brand had already started, hence it's time to catch up, before being phase out.
1 ★The app doesn't work for my WIPC411FHD. The older app works though. I've also tried my camera on the iOS app and it works. So it's definitely this Android app. Please fix it.
