Ohne Leistungsdruck. Das Sportangebot wird unterstützt von NWZ Göppingen und AOK – Die Gesundheitskasse. Von März bis September bringen wir Dich in Bewegung. Trainiert wird nach der neuen F-AS-T-Methodik von Dr. Wolfgang Feil, einem der renommiertesten deutschen Sportwissenschaftler. Er hat das „Lauf geht‘s“-Programm entwickelt und betreut die Teilnehmer während der sechs Monate. Nach einem Eingangscheck erhältst Du einen persönlichen – auf den eigenen Leistungsstand angepassten – Trainingsplan. Du trainierst individuell und gemeinsam in wöchentlichen Lauftreffs, die im Kreis Göppingen stattfinden.
