Als Flowing Arts Academy wird der gemeinsame Trainingsort von den beiden Vereinen SAMPA BJJ Austria und HAMMERS MMA Austria verstanden. Die SAMPA BJJ Academy bietet Brasilien Jiu Jitsu mit und ohne Kimono (Nogi/Luta Livre) an. Diese beiden Hauptgrapplingdisziplinen werden durch das Judo und Submission Wrestling Training ergänzt. Bei HAMMERS MMA Austria kann man Mixed Martial Arts erlernen. Diese Kampfsportart setzt sich aus mehreren Disziplinen zusammen wie: Boxen, Thaiboxen, Ringen, BJJ. Beide Vereine bieten gemeinsam einen Grundkurs für BJJ und MMA an, welche für Anfänger gedacht ist. Beim zweimal wöchentlichen Training werden die Grundlagen und Unterschiede gelehrt, um dann im Intermediate Training vertieft zu werden. Wer sich dann für eine dieser beiden Disziplinen entscheiden will hat die Möglichkeit mehrmals die Woche die jeweilige Disziplin zu vertiefen.Das Angebot der Flowing Arts ist aber nicht nur für Jugendliche und Erwachsene interessant, sondern kann bereits von Kindern spielerisch erlernt werden. Dafür werden eigenen Kindereinheiten für BJJ angeboten. Wir bieten zwei Mal die Woche Kindertraining für 8+ Jährige an. Sowie einmal die Woche für 4+jährige. Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf das unterrichten der sportmortorischen Grundlagen, Fallschule, Selbstbehauptung, Grundtechniken im Kampfsport, Disziplin, Nein-Sagen-lernen und den sozialen Umgang mit Gleichaltrigen.
Unser Trainerteam setzt sich aus den beiden Haupttrainern für BJJ – Prof. Martin Guggi und MMA – Coach Andre Walberer zusammen, welche ihre Leidenschaft für den Sport an Gleichgesinnte weitergeben wollen. Unser Judo, Submission Wrestling und Kindertrainer haben wie alle anderen eine sportliche Ausbildung oder Studium absolviert.
