5 ★My Health at Vanderbilt is an Outstanding App! It allows you to easily communicate with your physician and all other Healthcare Services. You're able to schedule or cancel appointments, get refills on medications and see detailed test results. This App is easy to use and is a very useful tool in your treatment and recovery. This App should be the standard for all Healthcare facilities!
4 ★Mostly easy-to-use. Hardest part is estimating billings. They are all separate which is good, But the total cost is not available you have to set up payments for each individual procedure. Even calling billing to have a payment schedule set up they have no idea about all of the charges .HELP
1 ★This app was almost perfect and then it was changed and it's almost useless. You used to be able to look at your lab results over a period of time and compare where your health has changed.... they took that away!!! That was the worst thing you could ever do. I don't know why things are changed that seem to go backwards...please put this back

5 ★This is a great app. It is very easy to use and is fast responsive when using for business.

Super user-friendly, I can access all my medications, ask for refills from my provider, set up and schedule my appointments with a person through text AND be seen via telehealth visits. I even save time by doing my pre-visits on here. Not only this, but I can see all my doctors' notes from each visit and see all my lab/test results. It's incredibly convenient and a well composed application! 10/10 do recommend to anyone going to Vanderbilt facilities.
5 ★I love this app. It helps me to remember my appointments, tests, and referrals. I am able to review my test results and doctor's notes after each visit. When I make an appointment, it shows immediately in the app. I am also able to easily message my doctor for any reason. And they are able to message me.
5 ★I was able to reach my doctor and it ended up being super simple. Covid can't stop us. If you need to speak to your doctor (yet scared of the pandemic) pls download and use. Very handy and so simple. It seems complicated at first but I was given instructions and (being someone horrible with technology) I got it pretty quick. Goodluck! Xx!
5 ★The My Health app is the best! Being a not so organized person, the My Health app keeps everything together in one place! You can see and get reminders for upcoming appointments and what time to be there, see tests results, talk to your doctors, schedule appointments, view summary reports of your appointments, get reminders for any tests procedures and or vaccinations, medications that you may take, etc. You can also add family members to help keep track of all of their medical information!
2 ★When I try to open my growth results it doesn't allow me to. When I log in through the computer I always get stuck at some point and can't see anything. I like the options but not when I can't open them. I guess has some bug fixes that need to be taken care of.
5 ★This app is vital for me. I can easily view my son's appointment schedule with all of his specialists, request prescription refills, view past Drs notes, and message his providers in one place. It makes a world of difference to have everything easily accessable and in one place.
5 ★This app is great for a multitude of reasons. It has your medical records at your fingertips at all times. It's a great way to message your Doctors. Your appointments are easy to look up. You can request prescription refills as well as set up appointments. Very awesome!
