Ora lo puoi fare con PerMe!Ognuno di noi ha giornate sempre più strapiene e chiamare può essere difficile durante l'orario di apertura. Alla fine si chiama troppo tardi quando è già tutto pieno.
Molti professionisti usano ancora l'agenda di carta che non permette di archiviare dati ed elaborare importanti informazioni sulla propria clientela. Perdono tempo al telefono invece di prendersi cura totalmente dei clienti presenti nel proprio salone. Inoltre non hanno un feedback da parte del cliente, per poi poter capire perchè una persona è soddisfatta e quell'altra invece non tornerà più.
PerMe mette nelle tue mani un sistema unico di gestione del salone con i dati salvati in Cloud ed aggiornati in tempo reale per consentire ai clienti di fare una prenotazione 24 ore al giorno e in ogni giorno della settimana.
PerMe ha una doppia modalità:
1) per il cliente: comodo e semplice per effettuare una prenotazione. Quando si prenota puoi scegliere il trattamento e il collaboratore che l'effettuerà. L'appuntamento sarà ricordato tramite notifica o con il calendario del tuo smartphone. Se per caso l'orario da te richiesto fosse già occupato, sarai avvisato immediatamente con un SMS nel caso in cui si liberasse. Potrai inoltre pagare con PayPal o carta di credito.
2) per il professionista: ti permette di avere sotto controllo tutto il tuo salone, dalle prenotazioni alle promozioni ed alle statistiche. Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate sia dai clienti con il loro smartphone che da te. Lo stesso dicasi per la registrazione, che potrà essere verificata da te. Porta sempre in tasca con te il tuo salone!
