1 ★Bring back key fob. Keep It Simple Stupid. Always requiring an app to participate in rewards is poor marketing strategy. Apps are invasive to privacy by requiring personal info, access to all phone data, & trackability of location. Cashiers don't promote or request new barcode/phone#, nowhere to enter at register checkout, fob was quick, easy & private. Unable to tie back to prior fob rewards. No longer a loyal Holiday customer, competitors have my business now. Extremely dissatisfied.
4 ★The change Holiday has made to the rewards platform is so easy to use. Most people have a cell phone and the mobile Holiday Rewards program app has solved my problem of not having my rewards card because I forget it. The app was simple to install and its one of the mor efficient Without a huge learning curve collecting rewards has never been Easier!! The 10¢ off a gallon just for giving it a try was incentive enough for me. The only glitch I find annoying is the automatic redemption of rewards.
1 ★There's absolutely no point to having this app. It doesn't ever apply a fuel discount and there is nothing else having this app offers. There's unused tabs for "deals" and "rewards" without having anything in them. Is this an app in progress? Kwik Trip nails it with their app. This is archaic compared to other gas stations. And, if you're improving things, it would be nice to link my credit account to the app for ease of paying instead of having to carry the card.
1 ★it stinks. I can no longer get points at the pump I can ok only use them there. I liked being able to swipe my card and accrue points without using them each time. guess I will look for a better deal. don't have time to.run inside to swipe all the time.
2 ★Confusing app, nothing works on the app except to pull up personal bar code to use at store, but I've been using and scanning card for about 3-4 times a week and still shows no transactions.The instant win/flip to win game worked great, that's the only reason I give app 2 stars or it would have been 1 star. Better apps for competitor's to use and have better savings, rewards to offer. Please redesign this app to stay competitive with others rewards programs.
1 ★Samsung Note 9. App won't even install. However, the more I learn about the new "Holiday Rewards ", the less I understand why a business would do this to loyal customers. Way fewer rewards, and the fuel discount is laughable. I am likely to start getting more fuel from my local Costco, which would of course be cheaper. This is likely to happen with other cost conscious people, which will also divert in-store sales.
1 ★Horrible app I have purchased almost 60 monsters in the last 2 months and I enter my phone number every time and or scan the appI only get credited for one out of every three or four that I purchased and when I get rewards I cannot redeem them nobody at the gas station here knows how to because the scanning thing does not scan anything it's horrible I have rewards that entitle me to free products and I cannot redeem them.. absolutely horrible app would not recommend
1 ★I am uninstalling this app. I should have read bad reviews first. I live in MN. Holidays all around me and the closes one using this is located in Edina 😂. I'm not driving that far for a discount. I'm better off with SA/Speedy way better perks. Holiday you need to upgrade fast or your going to lose a lot of customers.
4 ★For the most part it's okay. Recently, my loyalty card was declined when I entered my phone number (4 times), then with the mobile app ID (2 times). I thought this app needed an update but it doesn't (idk if it can). Hence the reason why I placed three stars.
2 ★Been a loyal Holiday customer for years now. Needless to say, this app sucks and the key tags NEED to come back. UPDATE:After a few months of use, this is still inconvenient. Half the time neither the app nor phone number still work because "the system is down"
3 ★I like that they have rewards. But I hate that you have to scan your phone everytime for every reward. Also if you play the game and win something free and don't receive their text even though it is on the screen you don't get the prize you won.
1 ★It says the nearest Holiday is 127 Miles away when I'm standing right in front of one. What is the point of having the app if it isnt able to be used at my local Gas station. Make it available to all Holiday Superstations and I will raise my stars.
