How to install EDP Re:dy APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download EDP Re:dy APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
Tap the APK file you downloaded (pt.edp.edpc.redy-v1.6.0-ApkClean.apk)

1 ★The app doesn't work. Sometimes it shows all energy produced going to the grid, sometimes no energy consumed in the house, it rarely shows energy produced and consumed by the house. EDP technicians came twice to my house, changed the component that measures the energy, but said the app is buggy, and I should contact support at EDP. There is no support for that. I call EDP for support, they always say someone will call back, which never happens. It's just not functional.
3 ★My review is based on the service as a whole. Somewhat unreliable. Crashes regularly. The most usable function of this app relates to the use of smart plugs (where provided by edp). As it slow to update, it is giving potentially false readings of power produced and utilised - the purpose of the service. Disappointing for a chargeable service meant to assist with reducing power consumption and hence climate change. Hopefully this app will improve over time.
2 ★Unfortunately this app is not very useful. We have to restart it various times before the energy consumption and generation data refreshes and it does not store any data for the day, month or year to track usage patterns. There should also be a more comprehensive tutorial online or built into the app to guide new users as it is not very intuitive and the video tutorials serve more for marketing the product. At the moment there does not seem to be much benefit to installing a Re:dy system.
2 ★After my last complaint, EDP actually called me and confirmed that the system doesn't work properly with 3phase installations.Further I have noticed that when the panels produce more than 1 kW all energy above is fead to EDPgrid and they feed what is consumed above 1kW from their grid, and charging for if! That is like steeling! The app itself is working good and gives a good feedback of your power consumption.
1 ★I have newly installed EDP solar panels and was left with no instructions whatsoever. I have contacted EDP on three occasions and they have no called me as promised. I have tried to open this app but it says error occurred every time so am at a loss as to what to do next!!

4 ★A EDP contactou-me e depois de muitos emails trocados conseguimos que a app funcionasse com o mínimo de features que era esperado. Apesar de continuar a ter de fazer login todas as vezes que acedo à App, faltarem as rotinas e períodos superiores a 24h. A app está bem mais estável, funcional e rápida, que era o que se esperava de um upgrade. Acima de tudo, o suporte dado pela EDP é que fez a diferença (custou, mas chegou). Precisa de evoluir para suportar Google Assistant, nessa altura poderá ser uma app excelente.

1 ★Simplesmente, não funciona e não me peçam para ligar para o número de telefone 808... a pagar (vamos lá saber porquê). Mau serviço!
4 ★Apoio técnico parece inexistente. Ando quase há um mês a mandar mails para o mail referido nos comentários abaixo e nada. Tenho uma plug EDP que simplesmente deixou de existir no sistema e ninguém me responde como resolver. Até podia fazer sozinho se a página que supostamente tem os manuais não fosse só para amostra e todos os links não estarem ligados a nada. EDIT - Razão resposta do apoio técnico para resolver assunto Mudo de 1 para 4 estrelas a minha review pois a app até funciona a maior parte das vezes (muitas vezes fica encalhada nos valores dos fluxos que mostrou da outra vez ou dá valores um pouco estranhos mas após um minuto ou um restart parece entrar nos eixos). Quanto ao apoio técnico é pena ter que chegar ao ponto de fazer uma review pública para ter direito a uma resposta (Quase dá ideia que só quando parece mal a vista de todos é que o cliente tem direito a ser atendido). Mas claramente quem está a tratar da parte das reviews da app ao menos está atento e merece os meus agradecimento por um trabalho bem feito.
