1 ★Tried numerous time and unable to login.. What a joke 4.1 stars what I see now better delete the app till u guy's no what u doing...

1 ★The app just not loading after clicking on redeem button. Stood in front of the stall for 15mins, saw another customer having same issue. Walked away with empty hands, waste my time. Not trustable nor reliable app.

1 ★Very bad start with app. Can't even log in to my account. Tried several times. Reset password, still can't login. I have no problem at all logging in on my PC.

1 ★The app has so much problem. 1st if I sign in with mobile singpass, it doesn't even login. Tried 5 times. Second if I don't login, I sign up as member, the payment system pop up survey ads and payment stop processing.

1 ★The app is hopeless. Can't even register. Emailed the customer service and received an auto acknowledgement but no follow up. I guess the app is created just to follow the trend that everyone has an app but Ntuc is not serious or concern about their customers.

4 ★How and where to sign in NFM ....no sign in words

1 ★Can't login via singpass! It's been more than a month

1 ★Done signing up but unable to login, always prompt login failed even after entering all correctly. Can't even reset password. There is some serious problems with the app. Will have to rate this at zero star.

2 ★Hi NTUC, you have so many separate apps and it makes for a very confusing and infuriating experience! Please create one integrated app for all the different functions anyone would need at NTUC. I have one Plus! App and a virtual card in GooglePay yet I need another redundant app just for a QR code, which doesn't always function for everyone? I visited an NTUC store today and tried to purchase a member's offer, and even your staff were confused by the many apps and couldn't help me. Disappointed!

3 ★I think the redemption button instruction is not clear. I accidentally click it and cannot undo it and I didn't even redeem yet! Hopefully you can help to modify the redeem button on my app. Perhaps you want to place that redemption button elsewhere instead.

1 ★The redeem button instruction is NOT CLEAR! Customer service assistant says only they can tap. I clicked on the redeem button, and showed her the page, she refused to accept. Please make your instructions clearer! Add in the line "Show ecoupon to customer service and click redeem in front of them."
