Please bear it in consideration if you decide to rate it.)Visual Goals combines visualization and binaural beats to help you mature your goals effortlessly. Its simple process will provide you with daily inspiration and motivation that will help you stay in touch with your goals every day, and develop them in an easy incremental way.
Just type one goal, enter 1-3 emotions you associate to it, and you can start the visualization process right away; as you go through the steps, you can either follow different suggestions and exercises proposed to facilitate the visualization, or just let yourself go as the binaural beats help you relax and set your mind to the optimal state to develop visions and ideas (headphones required).
The visualization process focuses on generating in the present moment the emotions we think we will feel when the appointed goal is completed, as emotions are considered the big driver of results in the law of attraction. You can store an unlimited number of goals in the app.
Because you are evoking those emotions in the present moment, the process is also very pleasant, and suitable as a "winding down" or meditation exercise. With each session you will be "growing" your goals a little, creating new ideas to make them happen, and favouring "happy accidents".
As the app focuses more on the "inner work" necessary to attract and define better goals, than on creating steps or metrics, it is perfectly compatible with any other goal tracking or planning app you could be using currently.
