The Knowledge Center Incident Manager application provides mobile device access to a centralized Knowledge Center server, allowing the mobile user to perform basic functionality, such as incident inspection, incident creation, and incident updates. The mobile device user can supply up-to-the-minute updates on incident status through the addition of log entries and multi-media file uploads, which describe the latest information regarding an incident in progress.
