3 ★been trying for over a week to reset my forgotten password. page keeps coming up with an error and can't change it. been without app for 4 days now and can not access class bookings etc. emailed energie and still waiting on response. also mentioned at gym and no one can help except book the classes for you through their system.
3 ★Its not bad, kinda slow at times and can be confusing when you first start. Clearer instructions on how to do certain things such as uploading workouts could do with being explained better.
1 ★When will this be working sooooooo fustrating not being able to login or get a password ...emailed multiple times never had a response only saving grace is the physical team in the gym ...why launch an app that isnt working ? totally undermines the brand and your franchise' who have manage their members utterly disappointing.

1 ★Cannot login as the app has a password limit of 14 characters and does not allow me to login as my password is longer than 14 characters. On the website I can login but not the app which an extremely bad design from whoever made the decision to have a different password limit of that on the website. Update the app and I will update my review.
3 ★Seems like a decent enough app. However, I am relying on the friendly staff to book my visit in advance. The app doesn't seem to book me in at all. No matter how many times I try.
4 ★I mainly use it for booking classes, which it crashes every now and then, but works normally after closing and reopening. connected withings health mate app, but does not seem to sync any traced workouts separately to daily distance
4 ★It does what I need it to do. I like how you've changed the app to tell you how many are on the waiting list. To get 5 stars you need to send me a notification to say someone has cancelled and I now have a place.
5 ★Amazing having an app that syncs to your gym, to your fitbit and everything. That means no cheating yourself! Really easy to use, love that you can book classes through it and I love that it is so easy to connect everything.
5 ★I use it to book classes in my local Energie gym,it works fine for that. I'm not sure it did much more than that,although I can see you can connect apps to it, although my favorate gym app (GEFit) isn't on the list.
5 ★Really like this app, thinks its great that not only can you book classes through it but you can add in your work puts and keep track of how many calories you've burned.
3 ★Good App. Like that everything can be booked on here and you can track workouts however no descriptions of classes on here which i feel is quite an obvious oversight. Those little extras would bump up the rating for this app
