4 ★We have a 10 site operation in Baltimore and this system has turned our business around, some of our customers had required to put in place an automated reporting system for the guards and we signed up with Kugadi over a year now. We now have all the guard tours controlled and our customers receive auto alerts for Incident Reports and Maintenance reports, they love it, also the Daily Activity reports look great with all the pictures of relevant findings. They do need to fix a connectivity issue!

5 ★Best customer service in the industry. Our property uses Allied Universal Security officers and we had to hire Kugadi on the side for reporting. Allied does not have direct support for the reporting and the Guard Tour System they provide. We were able to use the Allied Universal android phones to make it work.
