1 ★worst aap... i have ordered a mixer grinder of 45dh.. it was not working i returned them.. after a few months I ordered a mixer grinder again worth 65dhs.. they couldn't be delivered and there was no balance showing in my wallet account..i mean every time they are deducting the amount. i am really not happy about it 😞
1 ★They sell fake Products if you're reading this review please don't purchase any thing from cartlow the customer service is very poor I have requested for a refund it's been nearly 4 weeks. I don't suggest buying from here and never expect a refund they will collect back the product but you won't receive the refund I hope I can file a case in Consumer Court
1 ★Well even my experience has not been so good with them. I had ordered an item which I had to cancel as I had to travel and the delivery could have not been possible. I was hoping for the refund to come soon, but it's been around a month, they didn't refund me back. Still waiting for it.
1 ★The appliance i ordered was faulty and when i try to return it even within allowable time they delay it. Then afterwards will tell you that you delay no return now. This is my experience with them. Even after spending hours with customer service and sharing all evidence to support my return claim they did not accept and i am left with a faulty appliance. If you buy from them remember its customer's job to follow up 10 times a week for 1 return. low prices aren't worth this headache.

1 ★The worst experience ever, I ordered a gaming laptop on the 27th of July and was suppose to be delivered a couple of days after and a week later nothing was delivered so I started sending emails and just lousy answers came back like we're following up then I received an email that the order is cancelled and the money shall be refunded back within 7 working days max and till now nothing happened and they don't answer back. Another lie no refund
5 ★Your app is amazing and goods are affordable. Please do us the favour to expand your shipment to Nigeria because it will boost your sales. I've tried to purchase from Cartlow but your shipping restriction would not allow me. If you make your shipping available to Nigeria, I promise to take it upon myself to advertise your app for free. We need good and quality products down here and I believe Cartlow will make an excellent online mall for Nigerians.
1 ★Very bad seller, I have returned an item for not working and requested refund, and called them and they said it will be paid within next four days, I returned the item in 22 June 2023 and up-to-date the money is not reimbursed, therefore do not believe their policy return and do not trust this seller as lately most of the sold used items arrive missing things or not working so beware.
1 ★Very bad customer service. My first order was cancelled after almost a week of ordering. They had informed me that the seller couldn't deliver the item and once my order was cancelled the product was live again on the website and app. I had emailed the customer service about this and they had asked me to place an order again for that item and only then will I know if I can get the item or not. The customer service didn't even take any basic effort to confirm what I asked.
2 ★Nothing great about the shopping experience. The prices are relatively high when compared to its competitors. The app itself has display issues. The company advertises itself as to be selling goods as open box and at great prices however in my 2 months of using this app their pricing never tempted me to buy anything plus the open box items for sale are a very few.
1 ★Very bad I bought Galaxy Z Fold3 10 days ago. It doesn't connect to the network back home, and one side of the fold has blacked out, yet it was very expensive.
1 ★My order was supposed to come on 10 th of November but it didn't arrive and I tried to connect with them but they didn't reply and I even emailed them twice but they didn't reply and still I didn't get my package yet
