2 ★The tapping sessions are great but the app is fraught with glitches and inconsistencies. Downloading the audiobooks is a nightmare...I have had issues with this on two different devices so I know it is the app...not the device or Android version. The issues go beyond customer support troubleshooting....I have done all of that. These issues need to be addressed by the app developers.
3 ★A few bugs for me on Pixel 2. I muted the music setting during a tapping and it the music kept coming back on so I had to keep going back to the music screen and turning it off ever few seconds. Also, the rating scale never worked so I wrote help and they said this was not a known issue and to log out and log back in to the app. When I logged back in I was unable to get any of the tapping categories showing up. Everything was blank. So I uninstalled it and then reinstalled. The rating scale now works but the music does not stay muted when I mute it during a tapping session and that is very annoying.
5 ★I really like this app. I had been doing EFT for about a decade before trying this app. I find the guided sessions the perfect length- mostly between 5 and 13 minutes- and have both a specificity and generality that makes it applicable to my situation. I love a guided eft session without a video--so I can close my eyes and focus on my emotions. New content is regularly being dropped. I'm grateful. This has really helped me reconnect with my tapping practice.
5 ★I've noticed that all of the 1 star reviews are from people that signed up for the $70 yearly service. My 1 week free trial ended and the app was upfront from the start that I would be automatically charged $11.99 every month unless I canceled before the trial ended. I happened to love this app and I consider $11.99/mo an investment in my health. I can easily cancel from my subscriptions in the Google play store and only have trouble with the tutorial videos buffering. No other issues at all!
5 ★The tapping solution app is, hands down, the best thing on my phone. At any point throughout the day...no matter where i am...i can get relief from anxiety, instant motivation to move forward on a project, help with moving past any emotional baggage or blocks, or a peaceful way to move through any overwhelming emotion that might be triggered. Just knowing its there, always ready to use in an instant, is a comfort.
4 ★This is a great app and a great style of meditation. I really like how it focuses on affirming feelings, then releasing them. My one complaint is that you can't choose which voice to listen to. Each video is only recorded by one person, so trying multiple meditations in a row can be a little jarring. I tried the paid version hoping it would include that feature, but it did not. (I only do the meditations by Jessica and unfortunately most of the meditations are recorded by Nick. No offense to Nick, just my preference.) Other popular meditation apps have a voice setting to account for personal preferences. Would definitely use this app every day if they added that feature!
5 ★I had a panic attack at work, that was very intense. I was stuck on the ground convulsing. I was going down my list of coping mechanisms, and when I was finally in a good spot I put on the tapping meditation for anxiety and finally was able to lay still. Yes, this is an investment, this app costs way too much for everyone to use. But if you use this app or a completely free one, TAPPING WORKS. You owe it to yourself to invest in YOU!
5 ★Wonderful tracks for so many different issues you could be wrestling with. It's not a 1 size fits all because we all stress about different things or are more affected by certain things. I like that there are so many tracks to chose from (stress about the coronavirus to grief to hapiness to clearing energy from others, break up, loss of a pet, etc), even guided meditations. I also love the facilitators, they are very friendly and make you feel at home. I recommend tapping, it helps!
3 ★The app is not as smooth as it could be. The pause to take a breath at the beginning of each meditation is very often interrupted by the late appearance of the 0 to 10 rating scale. The app also doesn't register every time that you do a meditation so the days in a row counter is usually wrong and it also misses meditations in series so you don't know where you are in the series.
3 ★Free items were great and they had decent amt. However I was unable to access the premium items during the free trial and also after I was charged the yearly fee. I contacted support but everything they asked me to do didnt work. Their support was readily available but at times their questions were redundant. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund. (app kept saying to pay then when I clicked the pay button it would pop up showing already paid) Luckily, I was able to get a refund!.
5 ★I heard about tapping on a Podcast with Nick. I was super intrigued because I get itchy during meditation and liked the idea of doing something while meditating. I have been tapping now for about a week. I had a breakthrough tapping session this morning! I felt something shift inside me as I tapped, a shift to a super calm and relaxed state - I am hooked! Thank you for all the free options on the app so those of us who are new to it can check it out before purchasing. Thanks again!
1 ★The worst customer service of any PAYING app I've ever used. The app is great but I paid for a membership and once the trial ended, my account was completely locked. I had no access to my videos. Then the account turned back on spontaneously for a couple days and now it's turned off completely. Not to mention they double billed me and I still have yet to have access to my account. Do no buy service from them you may not get a working app.
