Description

AirTouch 4 is a control system for Air Conditioning units and zoning. This app, used in conjunction with AirTouch 4 Zone Control System, is designed to give you unequaled control of the amount of air and thus air conditioning delivered to all parts of your home simply and easily with your mobiles or tablets. It provides majority of functions already via the wall mounted console. It enables the control of following functions:
•Turn on and off up to four ACs (if gateways connected)
•Change AC set point (with gateways connected)
•Change AC mode and fan speed(with gateway connected)
•Turn on and off groups/zones
•Adjust air flow to each individual group/zone or control temperature for individual groups
•Define your favorite scenarios for air conditioning control
•Set programs with set points and AC timer
•Name groups/zones
•Check system settings
•Obtain AirTouch 4 LAN IP and MAC IP
Once your AirTouch 4 system has been installed with your air conditioning system, simply connect it to your WiFi network, download the App and you are ready to go.

1 ★Useless. Worked remotely 3 times on 4g network, then didn't. 'Authentication error'. Did suggested fixes no avail. No point if it doesn't work remotely.

2 ★Buggy app - slow to load and often commands won't execute (eg turning system off/on, or setting an AC timer). Also disappointing that app has to load everytime you open it (even if just switching apps briefly)

1 ★Feels like they hired a work experience kid to design and implement this app. Buggy and numerous issues. Isn't the whole proposition of Airtouch to offer an improved interface and method of controlling your system?

1 ★Haven't been able to log into the system outside of network for months now, and as of today won't log in on network.

1 ★Update: with the latest update, the timer functionality is broken. Unable to set timer. Please fix. Update breaks the 'program' settings. Unable to select zones when editing or creating a new program. Downgrading to v1.8 (Aug23) resolved the issue.

1 ★Seems to have gone completely downhill. After the last update, I can no longer connect to the aircon when outside the network. Works on the internal wifi but not when away from the network. Have cleared the data, uninstalled and reinstalled app but nothing works. As a solution, how about releasing public APIs? Maybe we can build a community version of the app?

1 ★Had this app for a few years now and with each update it's got worse. It's lost any functionality. I can basically only turn it on and off and change the mode. Nothing else works

1 ★Concept is great. Program timers don't let you set AC mode (heating/cooling), or fan speed, it defaults to the last mode used, also can only set 1 temperature for all zones in a program. Some dampeners don't fully close when a zone is off. Please add dark mode. When it switches to bypass mode, it doesn't reduce the fan speed, or tell the compressor to stop so its still drawing power while circulating the air through itself. Sensor says 27 while setpoint is 20, still screaming its ring off.

1 ★Since new update in Aug 2024, this app is useless. As does not work to set up or modify the programs. Does not allow to set the temperature and or selecting the days or do anything. Just a expensive remote to turn and off aircondotion.
