Health健康+是由遠傳電信股份有限公司提供，並透過醫學中心亞東紀念醫院專業指導，提供民眾最便利可靠的雲端健康管理服務：健康+。您與您的家人，即日起可以透過本健康+網站或APP，輕鬆即時地做自我健康管理，不但掌控自己健康趨勢也關心家人的健康。
本服務也跟社區藥局與其他健康機構合作，成立健康+ 服務站，民眾可就近至健康+ 服務站來進行健康量測，記錄與追蹤自己的健康狀況。
* 請使用者注意，由於本APP使用需要搭配健康服務站上傳量測資料，故請至www.healthplus.tw 查詢我們的健康服務站地點，至服務站或亞東紀念醫院取得「健康卡」後再下載APP。
* 目前Health健康+ 針對 Android 4.4版本以上使用者提供 V4 版本，可參考附圖1~4；Android 4.1~4.3的使用者則提供 V3 版本，如附圖5~8。
