Puoi scegliere se meditare per un tempo lungo o breve.
Puoi lasciarti guidare da una voce o semplicemente meditare in silenzio accompagnato dal suono di campanelli in vari momenti.
Puoi anche creare la tua meditazione personale e farla durare quanto vuoi.
Infine, puoi creare delle Notifiche Mindfulness quando preferisci per aiutarti a migliorare la tua presenza nel momento.
Tramite la Mindfulness App puoi, con molta facilità, ’darti un pizzico’ di tanto in tanto per controllare se sei davvero presente.
Ovviamente puoi anche iniziare a meditare subito, aprendo la Mindfulness App e scegliendo la meditazione da ascoltare – ad esempio se hai un momento in metro, sull’autobus, in fila, o se vuoi sederti un attimo.
