1 ★Qcp wouldnt process me because they said containers werent booked under my rego. Our office confirmed the right rego was in. Our manager had to come down the the wharf. Containerchain couldnt help. Took a call to the qube boss to get processed. Cost a No Show at patricks as i missed their booking. Not happy.

1 ★Qcp reckon they picked me up in cannington, 30km out from the wharf. I thought it was onky suppose to be a 5km maximum. Yet to get a green lane when arriving for my booking at the correct time. Have to be processed manually.

1 ★Multiple problems with containerchain in general. Doesnt update rego changes in the booking system to qcp. Probably more suited the less robust carriers . But there is no reason i can see for the gps to be draining the battery outside of wharf area, nor for drivers being asked to accept/decline jobs . And being asked to confirm whether you accept a job after accepting a job seems unnessary. But so is even asking the driver to confirm anything is unnecessary. That should be between the driver and the Fleet controller. Qube should just use transponders rather than this dog of a system in my honest opinion.

1 ★Havent had a green lane yet using this app. No reason for it. This affects my ability to be productive.

1 ★Containerchain's Driver App is ok but causing alot of current problems for freight companies. The app shuts down unexpectedly and randomly. Have to turn phone off and on to get the notification working again. App doesn't update itself when you pass the geofence - App does not work when getting closer to QCP gatehouse. Very hard to get anything solved in time especially after hours. There are no night shift workers making it impossible to run a business with no faults. They don't take any considerations to the concerns you raise. Quite unsupportive with help with the app, "it is what it is." Cointainerchain need to seriously make some changes to the app and make the changes NOW But they dont care do they? because its $$$$$

1 ★Poor refresh. Multiple bugs. (Ie manual input freeze) booking times of screen. Many drivers aren't tech savy. No refresh button( red lane accepted out of booking time should refresh green in booking time, Have to log out an log in. No auto app update. Yadi yadi yada. Needs help/tutorial feature, Poor gate house ppl have to act as help desk an tech support.
