Simple Loan Mobile is a companion app for loan pre-approvals completed at simpleloan.com. You must have a valid account created at simpleloan.com in order to use this app. You may use this app to view pending and completed tasks, real-time loan information, upload supporting documents, and more!Login Screen
Login in with the same email address and password created at simpleloan.com. In case you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link to reset it.
Home Screen
Displays your pending and completed tasks. Example tasks would be uploading your bank statements or W2s.
My Loan Screen
View the details of your loan and important upcoming milestone dates. Tapping a milestone date will add an event to your calendar.
Loan Documents Screen
Add new and view existing supporting loan documents such as; bank statements, pay stubs, or tax returns. Take a picture of the document or browse for it on your device to upload it.
Notifications Screen
View all notifications received; such as when the status of your loan changes.
Property Location Screen
Map view that shows the location of the property.
Contacts Screen
View your loan officer, coordinator, and processor’s contact information. Tapping a contact icon will create a new contact on your device.
Settings Screen
View information about the app and privacy policy. You may also leave feedback, submit a help question, or change your current password.
