1 ★This app is not logging in by my ID and it's not giving any error. It is showing loading graphics. But in Web portal i can log in. Need to improve performance.

1 ★Stupid app. Not able to login. Called customer care to get username and password. Customer care said the service is not working and asked to use their portal.

It seems he forgot to do unit testing or he may not know software development life cycle and he may not know after development there is a phase called Unit testing exist.
