1 ★Waste of time trying to use the app since you rarely get responses. Or they give the typical answer its scheduled for this day and nothing happens no one shows up the when you ask oh they are backed up

1 ★I'm not able to use it in my new phone

1 ★This app is horrible. I have an android and ever since I was told to download it (12/22), it was difficult. I would have to constantly download and delete the app just to view anything that deals with communication. I am not sure what they did to the app, but now I can't access the app at all. Just times out the minute I open the app. This app shouldn't just work for certain types of phones. Extremely upset!

1 ★it works, communication is fine. There's no way to download or even copy and paste messages that you put in this app. I asked Cal pools for an archive of all project communications & they said it's not available! They said I can copy and paste from the app and put it in a word document. But you can't! All you can do is take screenshots! Insane! Update 4/10/2023 - DO NOT USE, you will have NO record of your project communications!

1 ★Since last update, app will not run. Totally useless now.

5 ★Easy to use. Provides great communication from company to customer and vice versa!

1 ★What is the point of the app and the information in it when the company is dishonest and incompetent. Frequently says they were here when they weren't. I also have had a new notification alert for months with no new notification to actually read.

2 ★The app information is not very informative with respect to each phase of the project. Often the workers would show up to do work before the event was scheduled in the app. It would be very helpful if the app had informative descriptions of each event and provided accurate dates for each event. Yesterday the failed to work, despite a day of trying to troubleshoot it (closing and opening the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc.). The messaging feature is useful when the app is working.

5 ★This app made communication very easy and clear with the entire team while building our California Pool. Best construction experience ever!
