Description
The Telenotes Mobile App v1.7 is designed as a READ ONLY app for Telenotes users. This app allows users to have a 360 degree view of their customers, calendars, opportunities, contacts, notes, follow ups and all other additional information as profiled in their Telenotes cloud-based database.Included in v1.0 is the ability to “Record a Note” directly on your iPhone, without the need to call in to our system. Also included is the “My Sales Reps” link allowing managers to view all reps who are direct reports to them.
The main dashboard is the launch pad to access your Telenotes data (first screenshot).
Click the Company tab to view your Companies in your Telenotes database (second screenshot).
From the Company Detail page you can access entire Histories and all Contacts associated with that Company (third screenshot).
The Telenotes Mobile Rep App includes a robust calendar with drill down capability to view and act on follow ups (fourth screenshot).
No more dialing to dictate your notes. The Telenotes Mobile App allows users to easily dictate their notes directly into the app. The app allows users to control when, and how often, they send the dictated notes to Telenotes for transcription.(last screenshot)
