Ο Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος Κωνσταντίνος Δερματίνος γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στην Αθήνα.Σπούδασε στο τμήμα Διατροφής & Διαιτολογίας του Αλεξάνδρειου Τεχνολογικού Ιδρύματος Θεσσαλονίκης(Α.Τ.Ε.Ι.Θ).
Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική του άσκηση σε ινστιτούτο αισθητικής .Όσο ήταν προπτυχιακός φοιτητής ,αντιμετωπίζοντας όλων των ειδών περιστατικά όπως κλινικής κατάστασης, αθλητικής διατροφής, αντιμετώπισης παθογόνου παχυσαρκίας και περιστατικά εγκυμοσύνης και θηλασμού.
Επίσης, αρθρογραφεί σε διάφορα περιοδικά διατροφικού περιεχομένου όπως π.χ. το Vita.
Συμμετείχε σε εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα του Α΄ ΚΑΠΗ Αιγάλεω για την ενημέρωση των υπερηλίκων πάνω στις κλινικές καταστάσεις που νοσούσαν.
Συνεργάστηκε και συνεργάζεται με αθλητικές ομάδες ποδοσφαίρου ( Ιεράπολης, Αιγάλεω, Ορφέας Αιγάλεω ), καλαθοσφαίρισης( Ηλισιακός ) και κολύμβησης ( Ολυμπιάδα Αιγάλεω ) με στόχο τη μεγιστοποίηση της αθλητικής απόδοσης των αθλητών των ομάδων!
Είναι μέλος του πανελλήνιου συλλόγου Διαιτολόγων και Διατροφολόγων Ελλάδος!
Στόχος του είναι η σωστή ενημέρωση του κόσμου γύρω από τα θέματα της διατροφής και η αποφυγή παγίδων, μύθων και παραπληροφόρησης που δυστυχώς συναντώνται πολύ συχνά στις μέρες μας.
Πλέον ασκεί το επάγγελμα του Διαιτολόγου – Διατροφολόγου ιδιωτικά στην περιοχή του Αιγάλεω Αττικής επί της οδού Θηβών και Κουντουριώτου 13!
