There isn't an option for customer care, password reset, security features such as the password reset and creation of usernames. its good if you want to just pay the bill without any info on how much electricity you have used. And the charges thats on your bill. I don't know about anyone else, but I need more info on my bill other that just tellingme to pay an amount.

2 ★You can pay your bill but can't look up a past invoice or even see the detailed kw information on a current invoice.

2 ★Logged in to my account for 5 seconds then went back to log in. Not it won't log in no matter what I put in

1 ★I've never set up an account online and tried my account number and phone number as password will not work. No option to reset password or to set up one in the first place. Very frustating to only be able to pay your bill over the phone and have to pay the fee.
