3 ★Somewhat useful. As mentioned by others the wifi connection drops frequently and the session time out message forces logging in again. App does not remember the password so I have to look it up. Can't set the temp in the app higher than 120 deg F. Set at 120 water temp was about 113, I have to set to 135 manually to get hot water at about 120 at the tap. I thought heater was broken but if set at 135 it's seems to be working. Please make schedule with temp at time & setback times.

1 ★Doesn't work right constantly having to add hot water heater when it say I have account already

1 ★Not off to an auspicious beginning at all. I can't even get the app to add my heater. The first thing it did was tell me there was an unknown error and refer me to customer service. Customer service says they can't help me all they can do is tell me to keep trying. I tested the leak detector and shut off valve and it works but I guess I'll never be notified that it worked. Isn't that kind of the point? To be notified when there's a problem.?

1 ★Can never log in.

1 ★App doesn't work. On sign in "we encountered an error". I contacted IT for this over a month ago there's no fix, still can't utilize this feature on my new water heater. We paid extra for this feature on our new heater and it's useless.

1 ★Unreliable.... great when it works.... but possibly useless when you might need it. Every time there is an update and sometimes at random I have to re add my unit with all its information. Until that time when you actually go to use the app and are asked to sign in again you realize your unit has been offline for who knows how long. No notifications. No warnings. No connectivity. Not cool. It is not my phone or it's platform. The information of your unit is not retained by the server.

2 ★I just updated to the newest version. Can not connect to the Bluetooth. What little functionality the app has is not intuitive at all, or it doesn't work hard to tell which.
