Il laboratorio di analisi Ircas ha iniziato la sua attività a Roma, nella zona di Casalotti, nel 1972. Il laboratorio di analisi è accreditato definitivamente con la regione Lazio con DCA n.U00109 ed ha la certificazione ISO 9001:2008. Nel laboratorio si effettuano analisi di chimica clinica, ematologia, microbiologia, immunoenzimatica, parassitologia e virologia, paptest, breath test, test allergologici. La struttura da quaranta anni è l'unico centro accreditato della vasta zona di Casalotti, Selva candida , Selva nera e zone limitrofe ed è diventato negli anni un importante punto di riferimento per la popolazione .Il personale è altamente qualificato e le attrezzature vengono continuamente rinnovate per essere sempre all'avanguardia.
All'interno della Struttura opera un ambulatorio medico chirurgico di primo livello per la Cardiologia, l'Endocrinologia ,la Diabetologia, l'Angiologia ,la Dermatologia e la Dietologia.
L'ambulatorio è privato, autorizzato dalla regione Lazio con DCA U00109. Si effettuano ecografie, ecocolordoppler e test allergologici e per le intolleranze. Dal 2011presso l'ambulatorio opera il centro TAO( per la terapia anticoagulante orale)federato alla FCSA ed accreditato con la stessa FCSA.
La direzione tecnica del laboratorio è affidata alla dr.ssa Rossella Puglia.
La direzione sanitaria è affidata al dr. Cesare Milano.
