Klar, Parat – Husum er et 3 årigt sundhedsindsats i Husum for børn og unge i aldersgruppe 0 – 16 år.
Projektet retter sig mod motionsuvante børn og unge i den Københavnske bydel Husum.
Med motionsindsatsen Klar, Parat – Husum, håber vi at kunne nedbryde motionsbarriererne for børn og unge i Husum og vil forsøge at præge områdets samarbejdspartnere til at arbejde frem mod bedre muligheder for mere fysisk aktivitet.
Projektets samarbejdspartnere er de voksne som er omkring børnene i dagligdagen (pædagoger, lærere, sundhedsplejersker og frivillige i foreninger). Projektet vil derudover arbejde på at udvikle en metode, som arbejder med motivation som forankrende parameter, således børn og unge forsat vil dyrke motion efter projektets ophør.
