Tap & Barrel’s beer and wine program is comprised of a selection of unique premium B.C. products that features many custom-collaborations with local purveyors. We pioneered and established wine on tap in British Columbia, making a huge impact on reducing our carbon footprint while improving the quality of the product served to our guests. As well we were the first to commit to serving local B.C. products on our taps – exclusively. It is our commitment to bring to you the best of what B.C. has to offer, on tap!
Tap & Barrel’s Coal Harbour location alone boasts 44 local craft beer taps, including several taps always on rotation to bring our patrons something new and interesting. Our state of the art and uniquely proprietary BC wine on tap program carefully curated by our sommelier offers guests up to 28 premium wine taps. Our first Tap & Barrel location in the Olympic Village boasts 24 craft beer taps and 14 wines on taps available on two levels.

ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY
We celebrate everything that is local and push the barriers on innovation and environmental stewardship. Our restaurants have set new environmental standards in the industry.
By using locally produced products, we commit to reducing our carbon footprint. Our food, wine and beer come from around the province and are not trucked in from the other side of the continent. Our guests appreciate that not only are they part of a greener solution, but they are consuming the freshest product possible.
Our custom tapping systems eliminate the need for bottling and packaging. In fact, for every barrel of wine that we buy, we eliminate 300 bottles, along with printing labels, boxing, shipping, and so forth. Last year alone, we eliminated the need for over 2,500 cases of wine from being produced – that is well over 30,000 bottles of wine! We are happy to share that we have saved the environment well over 50,000 wine bottles since our birth less than two years ago.
