4 ★How do I change my password?

2 ★Mostly user friendly, however there is a significant delay to recieve notifications, upwards to 10 minutes or more which can be critical timing in acute care when this is used as pager system.

2 ★Half of the time the notification doesnt notify me even when it's on "over ride silent mode". So most of the time I'm not getting a notification until 15 minutes later. Kind of an issue if you are in a specific role.

2 ★Many things about it I don't like. Too frequent notifications, the alert sounds stink. Loses connection alot and notify you every minute if you have

1 ★Can't turn off notifications, can't turn the app off, effectively making this malware. Even in Do Not Disturb mode, get notifications and that godawful screeching when the workplace abuses the "critical" mode. Have to force stop it when not working.

2 ★It sometimes takes 30 mins to ping that i got a message

2 ★I can't change the notification sound. The one it has is too quiet for me to notice. I've searched online and updated the app and the operating system on my phone, but there is no option to change the sound either in the app or on the phone settings.

3 ★Please fix this app. I get a constant "Oops - looks like we couldn't sync your account. This could happen if we lost our connection to your device." when trying to log on using my Samsung phone but it works fine on an Apple tablet. This is incredibly frustrating as it's much easier to use the app on my phone and the" mobile friendly" version in browser is not at all mobile friendly - it cuts off messages at the bottom and I can't reply.
