1 ★I installed this on my galaxy s8 android and upon set up it assumed I already had an account. So I went through the steps to reset my password (that I never set up in the first place) and never received the link to reset in my email. Waste of my time, uninstalled.
1 ★Why do I need a different Omron app for each Omron device I own? Why can't one app handle all of this garbage instead of bloating my phone with terrible apps bugging me with notifications and begging for money
1 ★Currently this simply does not work, it's letting down a nicely made device and needs some extremely urgent updates. I currently have an unusable app that very occasionally decides to make contact, very occasionally, and for the rest of the time gets stuck in pairing mode even though my phone tells me it's paired. £10 devices have connected to my phone without any issues whatsoever, i expect more for £500. Urgently sort this out or I will have to consider return.
1 ★Fantastic wearable blood pressure monitor let down badly by this app. The main problem is that my HeartGuide refuses to consistently sync with HeartAdvisor. The workaround is to restart my phone or force the Bluetooth system app to restart several times a day. Omron please fix this and I'll be a happy Man (with even lower blood pressure)
1 ★I poor review here now I know this app is clearly aimed at people that can spend lots of money on a special watch that can do nice things like monitor health but as I researched this app I found out that you couldn't link it to your omron connect app which in turn couldn't sync your blood pressure results etc but clearly the app can't even do that 😡
1 ★Poor performing app when used with the Heart Guide watch. Will not stay connected to the watch and cannot re-connect unless the phone is re-started, the Bluetooth connection forgotten and the phone re-paired to the watch. My experience is with a Pixel 3a running Android 10. Android 10 is not supported (according to OMRON customer support). As mentioned by other users, export data must be massaged in Excel as each value is stored as a string with units (mmHg) appended. Not very useful when trying to generate a quick graph for your GP. Poor performance for such an expensive "premium" product!
1 ★Well started using today already by 5pm app freezing.cleared cache not worked. Then turned phone off and on it worked. For such an expensive watch not acceptable. I won't change ratings. Problems with ap it doesn't synchronize one day it synchronized and all data disappeared two days later. No reply for my email. Two more days will return. After nearly 4 months no improvement. Last few days it refuses to synchronize. Tried to contact via app can't type. I would like a refund.
1 ★I paid this watch and i connected it to my phone, then when i lost connection its refused to connect again it let me crazy . Please omron find a solution for this issue. Oh my god this watch issue causes a more high blood pressure for me. After 6 hours fighting with my phone and omron watch ..i discover that i must turn on the location too not only the bluetooth.
1 ★Doesn't work with Google pixel 2 xl phone. Please add this phone and many more so that it's beneficial for everyone not only just with certain mobile phones users. WORST APP EVER. After buying the heartguide I got to know that it's not for pixel 2 xl. Worst £500 spent.
3 ★App often will not sync to watch. Restart or reboot needed.
