About PREDICT Personalised Nutrition Study APK
Table Of Contents
Description
We are undertaking PREDICT, the most ambitious nutrition study of its kind ever conducted to understand our individual responses to foods. The PREDICT study investigates the different blood biomarker responses people have to foods. By collecting data on thousands of people, we hope to predict individual blood biomarker responses to many different foods based on unique individual characteristics, such as the bacteria in our gut.
Over a period of 14 days, each PREDICT study participant will:
• Eat prescribed or standardised meals, mainly for breakfast.
• Have a number of clinical assessments and tests, such as physical measurements both at the clinic and at home.
• Provide blood, saliva, urine and stool samples at the clinic and at home.
• Use this PREDICT app to record all foods and drinks consumed as well as record other elements of the study
• Use wearable devices to monitor sleep and exercise for two weeks.
At the end of the study, each participant will get a summary of their food responses to help them choose the right foods for them
The PREDICT Science team is led by Tim Spector, Professor of Genetic Epidemiology at King’s College and Director of Twins UK, and is a multi-disciplinary team of top scientists from renowned institutions around the world, including Harvard University and University of Oxford. The scientific advisory board includes world experts in the areas of stool extraction, metagenomics, gut microbiome, hunger, obesity, nutrition and metabolomics. The study itself is building upon 25 years of research on 13,000 twins, probably the most studied group of people on the planet, with strong associations between the microbiome and our responses to food.

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
