1 ★I have asked them to stop messaging me every morning at 5 am. I have uninstalled the app because I have no upcoming work assignments that I need to check in for. I still get a message every morning at 5 am. It's annoying and disruptive. Please stop.
1 ★Giving ZERO stars is not an option but it should be! Terrible, doesn't work, just total ridiculousness in trying to update an address to get the vaccine! Totally SUCKS!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
5 ★I like being able to interact with my doctors via chat, and get results and schedule etc. It feels private, but it's convenient and easy to use, which helps me feel more engaged with and enthusiastic about staying on top of my health. You also answer health questions prior to appointments which i find much more engaging and easy at home, than filling out paper work, or documents over email. It's the little things! Who knew?!
5 ★It was easy to use, quick, and the simplest app I've ever used. Easy to understand and I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled time. The Nurse Practitioner was timely, professional, and very thorough. I want to use is app or find ones like it for any other doctor appointments I may need that I don't have time to sit half the day in an office for while being in terrible pain. Best Ever!!!!
1 ★I have had one confusing expierince after another with this app. It is required for a visit wich is strange enough but if you try to use it for a visit thats when it really goes down hill. you schedule an appointment for a time but then wait for them to send you a link when they are ready. So i have been waiting for 30 min and just called and was told another 20 min is what i should expect. I'll stick with one medical from now on.
5 ★tl;dr: restored my faith in highly affordable modern medicine, the clinicians have bedside manner + followup superior to IRL. I was feeling not so awesome, went through the bot, sent in some grody pics, & talked to an Actual Helpful Clinician. In less time than food delivery (and certainly less time than an "urgent care" taking a number etc.) I had my RX ready for pickup with less cost and hassle than Co-Pay + Meds. CA medical real estate is expensive, data is cheap and this app is priceless.
1 ★This app sucks. It's dangerous because they tell you it's the only way to contact your doctor and then don't respond to any messages. I had a problem with my antibiotics and couldn't get in touch with my doctor
5 ★The staff here is fantastic and really took care of me when I went in for a covid test. I was given an exam and the PA checked me out thoroughly even though I was only there for a swab. I feel like my asthma is improving now as a result .
