1 ★ClassPass's business model appears to just be to charge you hidden fees so they can make money. If you accidentally book a class and even just try to change it seconds later you get charged a huge cancellation fee. When cancelling the app doesn't indicate you will be charged anything for cancelling which is VERY misleading. Due to the cancellation fees it often makes no sense to even cancel a class as you'll pay more to cancel than what you paid for the original points. I would not recommend the app or ClassPass to anyone unless you want to overpay for hidden and misleading fees!
1 ★The functionality of the app is great, but the sneaky way they extract money from you is not. This app requires a full commitment from the user, and a detailed read of their terms (mainly that you points won't roll over). I hate to think how many people have this sticking money out of thier account unbeknown to them.
1 ★Keeps telling me I'm not connected to internet . Never worked.
5 ★I love the idea with this app. I love to change up my fitness routine and have checked out various fitness centers through this app. I also use the option to look what is available when I am available. I don't like commitment to one facility so this is ideal.
5 ★This app makes gyming convenient. You can to to any gym class any time with no large or long term commitment. You build your gym week as you want. I went to pilates at a gym that costs $100/month, I paid $4 for the class, the next day I went to power yoga $2, and HIIT boxing the next $3 worth of credits. If you travel, you can keep up your gym visits as they're affiliated with gyms in many states !
1 ★Please sort out the issue of classes being cancelled last minute!! This keeps happening and usually I'm almost there when I get a cancellation notice, although this time around I didn't even get a notice. Will not renew.
1 ★They are very good with changing their policy but horrible with keeping their promises or providing the service. Horrible customer service, basically a scam!
5 ★Bad app. Gyms near me stopped taking classpass... Even though the app lists the gym. The developer responded
3 ★Buggy app, weird because CP isn't new. On my Samsung device, filter screen displays timing and credit sliders continual while scrolling (ghosting effect). Can't filter classes effectively unless I use web interface.
1 ★This apps still auto deduct funds after cancellation, and payment cancellation is still not clear, app user interface sucks as well
5 ★It's more cost-effective for me than a full gym membership as I can cancel anytime and can only go to the gym I want 3x a week.
