İntorna; öğrencilerin staj ya da intörnlük yaptığı kurumlardaki devamsızlıklarını takip eden, doldurması gereken haftalık, aylık ya da isteğe bağlı raporlarını doldurmasına olanak veren, danışmanı ile direkt olarak mesajlaşmasını sağlayan bir İntörn takip uygulamasıdır.İntorna ile, İntörnlük ve Staj Dönemlerinde, Firmalar sistem üzerinden gereksinimleri, lokasyonları ve şartları ile ilanlarını açar, öğrenciler bu ilanları inceleyerek firmalara staj başvurularını yapar ve bölümler bu intörnlükleri onaylayarak döneme başlar.
Staj dönemi başladığında Öğrenciler gittikleri kurumlarda sabah uygulama üzerinden check-in yapar, ayrılırken de check-out yapar. Danışman Öğretim Görevlisi bu check-in ve check-outun firmanın lokasyonuna uzaklığını görerek gerekirse firmadan da onay alarak bu giriş ve çıkışları onaylar. Bu şekilde öğrencinin devamsızlık puanı otomatik olarak hesaplanır.
Danışman Akademisyenin dolduracağı formlar, öğrencinin ve firmanın dolduracağı formlar ile öğrencinin intörnlük veya staj ortalaması otomatik olarak hesaplanır ve harf notu olarak çıktı verilir.
