5 ★Easily done but had to be repeated twice.
1 ★Waste of time every time I try to give it another go. I am able to the time consuming part of scrolling through and choosing my photos and then that's it - the app stops working EVERY TIME! once I managed to get to the part to confirm or add sizes and then the whole app shuts down and you have to start all over again. Uninstalled and will be going through someone else. SO frustrating!

3 ★Super glitchy. Had to find all photos with this. Convenient yes. Service once through ordering process good. Need to improve switching from pics to say canvas ect. Hoping for improvement
3 ★Love picking up from my closest Kmart BUT, this app is painful - once your photos are done, there is a last option to "edit", more copies etc. It's not clear what functions are, like the briefcase thing on the left, I had spent an hour editing and then hit it once done, I thought it was an add to cart type but it was delete. I once chose over 100 photos and every time I was done editing, it took me back to the top - infuriating! The zoom is terrible! My advice? Edit first and smaller orders only
1 ★Broken by design as it requires you to connect to a special WiFi. Unfortunately, modern Android versions immediately detect it as broken and disconnect from it again. Even if it worked, usability is very poor, with having to manually to connect to the right WiFi and hoping it doesn't auto-connect to the machine you used last time. For additional insult, the stores already have properly working WiFi, which sure would be a far more convenient way to transfer data.
3 ★Needs improvement: 1. Scrolling through pictures is poor, doesn't seem to cache previous photos in the view and takes way too long to load them. Any other app (Google photos, local camera) loads at instantaneous speed while scrolling on my phone. 2. I can't submit from Google photos to a kiosk, but I can through the online ordering? It only allows from local picture storage. Seems clunky. 3. Viewing photos in cart to edit are in low resolution, just seems unfinished.
1 ★Once I had finally got through the repeated freezing in the "crop" screen, the app confirmed my order, however it did not send an email confirmation. I received a push notification an hour later saying my order was ready for pickup (again no email). When I went to the store to pick up my order, they had no record of it and I needed to redo the order in store.
5 ★Very happy. Not happy with in store pick up. Went to CVS in smithtown and they could not find my order twice. Mail out is better and faster.
1 ★App cancel order when trying to add or go back. Won't let you add codes sometimes. Just alot of time wasted.
