1 ★Scale comes without batteries. Kinda BS when you think how much you spent.

5 ★After last update I can see my heart points in the calendar again,
1 ★Worked well for about a year. I then made the mistake of logging out. When I tried to log back in, my account couldn't be found. Registered again and all my history was gone. Then it was only measuring weight, not any other data, as it had before. Reinstalled the app and the same problems continued. Ultimately I decided that this app wasn't worth the trouble and I uninstalled it. I may consider reinstalling the app if these glitches get worked out.
1 ★Always scanning....never scanned The stupid Bluetooth never connects properly. The app always just says scanning. Ive only gotten it to actually allow me to step on like 5 times. So i basically have an expensive, usless floor scale collecting dust. What a waste. I have even had to uninstall and reinstall this crappy app to get it to work, now it won't connect at all no matter what.
2 ★As others have stated, the app stopped syncing with the scale after 2 weeks. Now, I have a very expensive scale that only gives me my weight, which has barely fluctuated in 25 years. Very disappointed!
2 ★Love the FitTrack scale but the app only worked for a month. Having a lot of trouble getting it to sync my weight for the day. It'll keep saying "Scanning...". It syncs when it wants to. Lately I haven't had any luck with it syncing at all! I have checked and made sure both my phone and this app is up to date but still having issues! Any help with this would be great!
1 ★problem after problem - unable to synch. This should not happen. Have been unable to get weight and not able to get the data. The dsta were the reason for my investment. Very disappointed.
1 ★I just received the FitTrack scale and installed the app on my device to sync with the scale. The app does not sync up with Bluetooth, despite several attempts. The app shows up but refuses to pair up with the scale. The scale sucks too. After using it, the weight displayed was completely inaccurate. I just WASTED my hard earned money and my precious time on products that turned out to be TRASH. Also, just because the app "looks good visually", doesn't mean it's good quality. ZERO STARS.
1 ★Constantly have to reset, restart, Uninstaller, reinstall. It will not connect to the atria watch at all. They really need to refund me for all this junk I have bought 2 watches and this scale all for NOTHING!!! The only thing they are good for is telling time and close proximity of steps counted i could have spent 40 to 50 dollars and got that much... GRRRRRR SO SICK OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!
1 ★Fake informationn, doesn't give accurate information, it is all guessing for a person that age, that height. In the disclaimer when signing up it says this is the average information used when giving you your BMI, ect info. App also keeps changing information every time I open the app up. Garbage and NOT WORTH the price! Returning tomorrow.
