5 ★A week ago I gave a bad review because of the very bad experience I had with this app. I m happy to say they fixed the problem. The app works ok now, thank you.
1 ★This app is awful. I'm sorry if you have to use it. The most glaring issue is the fact that the "touchless" part doesn't work. Even with it set not to require a pin, it asks you to enter a pin into the kiosk, completely defeating the "touchless"part. You will literally touch the kiosk less if you just scan your items are use a credit card. This app adds nothing except, amazingly, make it take, extra time and touches to buy stuff.
5 ★just follow the steps. if you created a kiosk account, then connect with that account. i did and i see my balance. if you don't want to carry a wallet, this is helpful. otherwise use the kiosk and be happy. this app does as expected. harsh reviews are from the inconvenienced from lack of knowledge or ability to follow instructions.
1 ★I created an account because they have machines where I work. I set up an account and put $20 on it but everytime I go to pay the machine times out and cancels my order. I've called them a total of 6 different times to get a refund and have been told 6 different things. One of those times they told me they were going to send someone to my house which made me super uncomfortable! Because they refuse to refund me I just take what I want without paying for it.
1 ★The app is nonfunctional and will not let me create or link an account. The reps who came to my work to launch the service were not knowledgeable and could not assist in resolving the issue.I was told I would be emailed back but I never was.Reaching out to support myself did nothing even though I clearly explained my issue and provided screenshots.I will be deleting the app now since I was never able to get it to work, and once I use remaining $ on my account, I will not shop this market again.
1 ★App opens and that's about all I can say. The App won't find any locations near me and nobody seems to know the location code for the particular market I'm trying to use the app at. Avenue C really needs to have more than 1 register at their market locations or they need to get somebody who knows what they're doing to fix this app, all they are doing is losing business because of technical issues.
4 ★I don't know if it's the app, their machines at work, or their system overall, but sometimes I add money using the app, and the money goes right through. Other times I add money, and it takes literally until the next workday for funds to show up in the machines. It's quite frustrating. When you're hungry. I try to keep it loaded, but there's been times where I've been so busy, and it sucks to pay and not be credited for hours.
1 ★Wow!! Ok so everyone says this app functions poorly I honestly couldn't say. I read their whole privacy policy & about fell out of my chair. Not sure why they would need to collect half the things they do but it's shady as hell & NO GOOD REASON AT ALL for them to be collecting & using all the info they do. That's a big hell no for me. I think I'll just purchase things the old fashioned way thank you very much
4 ★Pro: The app is okay for its uses. It's just another way to pay for items I buy at my work cafeteria rather carrying cash. Con: It would be great is to add a item scanner option. Sometimes the automated cashier machine tends to stop working since I work nightshift there's no support to fix it and have to wait in the morning to get fix.
1 ★Will not let me link to an existing location. Also it beeps for barcodes but immediately gives an error for them. Pretty useless like this. Submitting a help request ticket gets no feedback whatsoever. Somebody just closes the ticket without answering. Do not trust.
1 ★Setting up an account is pointless unless you use cash. None of their features work, and the main purpose of connecting and paying from the app QR-code doesn't work. Its more practical to just scan and use a credit card.
3 ★it took a while to find my canteen but customer service had a very short wait time. I wish I could load less than 10 bucks on at a time. overall a cool idea and everything is priced pretty decently. I just don't like being roped into spending more than what I need even if it's only a few cents.
