Bahan-bahan/bumbu-bumbu:
1 buah oyong, dibersihkan
100 gram wortel, dipotong serong
1 buah jagung, dipotong-potong
1 buah tomat, dipotong-potong
8 butir bawang merah, diiris-iris
3 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1/4 sendok teh gula pasir
1/4 sendok teh kaldu ayam bubuk
1 putih telur, dikocok lepas
1.500 ml air
1 batang daun bawang, dipotong-potong
Cara membuat sayur oyong:
Rebus bawang merah hingga harum. Tambahkan oyong, wortel, dan jagung. Masak sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
Tambahkan garam, gula pasir, dan kaldu ayam bubuk. Aduk rata.
Masukkan putih telur sambil diaduk hingga berserabut.
Tambahkan daun bawang. Aduk rata.
