2 ★Just ordered several items on website. Found out Later that virtually ALL of them Were not in stock. Would have purchased Them elsewhere had I known when that When ordering. Now it is 2 weeks later And things come trickling in ONE item at a time...And from different suppliers. Really? Good luck trying to track my items now. BS
1 ★Pure garbage man they left out that I could not return an item out of an order even though they left out how long it was going to be until the product was available,now their policy is they can't even give me something of equal xchange because I have to wait till next year for product in which I don't even know if the address will be good by then nor do I even want that item anymore because I've gotten it from somewhere else but they don't want to give me something of equal value? Garbage app!
4 ★I had this app installed for several months and then one day it would just spontaneously crash right after starting it. I uninstalled & then reinstalled it today and now it's working just fine again. Good app and good deals on a lot of merch!
5 ★Its Optics Planet in an ap! I use it to come pair prices and sometimes they have the better price on things. Plus, Optics Planet has things that you may not be able to find on other sites like it. I enjoy it an use it two or three times a week for sure.
3 ★If you've never used optics planet, just expect to wait 2 weeks or more, Maybe a couple months, for anything in stock to ship. They have alot but its frustrating to place an order and get 2 months later when you might not need it anymore, or you forget about it until the withdraw hits your account

None of the estimated times were ever remotely correct, they sell you items that aren't even I stock but they tell you they are. Just save yourself weeks of waiting and order from Brownells. Do not buy from this company until they get their customer service lined out

1 ★Worlds slowest shipping. Over a month to get 2 small items. Then they got the order wrong. Got a return lable, returned products and still no word if they just credited my account or fixing my order.
