Before they got The Bacon Truck going, the two spent the past year working on different food trucks around Boston, learning the ropes from some of the best in the biz. Now with the bacon truck on the street, Sam and JJ aim to bring bacon to those in need - to provide the swine for a city in the grips of an expanding health food craze.The Bacon Truck serves those who enjoy bacon in all of its glorious forms. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all foods are not created equal, that bacon is superior. We believe that the people are endowed with certain inalienable Rights: Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Bacon. Recently bacon has been vilified and shunned in favor of foods such as quinoa, kale, granola ... OK now we're rambling. You get the point. Don't just sit there and read about The Bacon Truck.
