Q: What is an APK File?

1 ★Frustrating to use, poorly thought out, and developers are _totally_ unresponsive to requests for features that should be available by default. One example (of very many): file mgmt is unbelievably awkward. We have patients with dozens or even hundreds of orders spanning years, and the app CANNOT organize them chronologically; file names are only partially displayed; organizing them into folders by year has to be done manually one patient and one file at a time in the web version. Waste of time.
1 ★There has always been easier , better ways to chart. I am not sure why this difficult to navigate app is used by anyone. I tried to end my shift and log out and kept getting a blank screen . Nothing I did would take me back to the notes or allowed me to log out. I logged out and logged in multiple times and nothing changed.
2 ★It's a terribly hard app to use for doing your shift reports. It only has a very small box to type in, and the start of your report disappears so you can't see what you've written, nor can you go back and edit it. It also does not allow you to see your past reports, which they say is due to privacy issues, yet as a caregiver my training is that I should be client focussed and be involved in the planning and development of their care. That requires access to notes.
2 ★This software is very complicated and not at all user friendly. I honestly think Epic would be better than this. It's too restrictive and if you make a mistake, you can't get in to fix your error. It is difficult to navigate and you can't find info you need. Please get rid of this! A great deal of your nurses hate it. I know several have just quit and some are considering it. Not worth the hassle.
1 ★This app is horrible. It's time consuming, tedious and confusing!! Not any better than last year!! Companies required will end up paying extra $$$ to employees for the extra time it takes toggling between this app and signing in to servers..IF you have questionable interest service at a client's home..forget it! Very frustrating to have to deal with this when patient care should always be the first concern!
1 ★Constant trouble shooting. Incorrect interventions throughout different shifts. Log in/out issues. Cant upgrade the app.. can only uninstall and reinstall again. Just seems to be no consistency with it working well.

This app will just refuse to clock you in or out, meaning there's an 80% chance you are either clocked in for 16 hours *after* your clocked out or you never clock in for your shift because the loading circle spins eternally despite there being nothing to load because clocking in is literally just a tap of a button
1 ★Horrible app. If I could give zero star if I would. Even when it was working, it barely worked and now I can not log in at all cause it says, I'm not configured to use the app. I'm not tech expert but I'm not new to this either. App is using outdated programing hence all the problems. I hope your buyers are paying cheap for your app because it's honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used.
1 ★Having issues with logging in. Before I was able to login then went it asked to change my password the issue began. It wouldn't allow me to reset my password by sending a link to my email address which I never received it. Called support and still unable to solve my issue. HELP!
1 ★Not intuitive enough for front line staff (doesn't notify staff of clockout errors, just refuses to clock them into the next shift, which creates further issues), doesn't display a calendar view of shifts, doesn't allow staff to change their password in the app.
1 ★This App is totally Useless and needs a technical Upgarde. Couldn't even log into it. It kept saying incorrect server name, even though it was correct. And after almost two months of waiting for this job and not being able to use the companies Work App, I quit, So draining.
1 ★Extremely dishonest company. They tell you a system is ready to go, with numerous "rules" not set up. The person assigned to help with integration took time off during integration. A complete nightmare. Don't trust this company.
