1 ★Very bad and worst experience. Byjus sales person misguided me.he told me that he provide me the course upto 2year but after process app show course is valid for one year and then I complained about that but didn't found any solution yet.I have been waiting for almost one month.
1 ★Disappointed 😞, I enrolled in 2years online banking course but after two months now they stopped all the classes and upcoming courses. They don't want to refund the money also. Totally disappointed ☹️
2 ★Overall it's a good app but it doesn't allow logging in through email it allows you to login through email when you try it from the website but the app doesn't allow it

1 ★Worst experience ever, would never recommend to buy paid course from BYJU'S, they will treat you as customer not student, once their product is sold they wouldn't even care about your problems, they wouldn't pick your calls you gotta wait for hours, app will stop working sometimes, sometimes their mentorship contact number is out of reach alot of issues your gonna face and infact they will keep irritating you periodically to buy even more. extremely extremely bad experience.
