A fully functional portable glass cockpit (EFIS) for general aviation pilots.It improves your flight experience, offering you intuitive visualizations for enhanced situational awareness.
It provides a backup system for all relevant instruments for navigation and orientation in the air using the internal sensors of a tablet or smartphone or an external solution (such as our SensorBox https://helios-avionics.com/product/sensorbox/ or third party GDL90 compatible devices like Talos, Stratux or Levil).
Therefore, it contains all relevant functions of a modern glass cockpit on a tablet, as well as the advantage of redundancy due to complete independence from the built-in avionics.
New intuitive visualizations improve the situational awareness and thus make it possible, in particular for private pilots, to provide greater flight safety, less stress and thus greater enjoyment of flying.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

1 ★My device has the required sensors but this app reports that it doesn't. I assume that spending some money would help with the unlocking of those features!
2 ★Asking for creating account, then app didn't really work. To complex to start and use.

3 ★Good start, still a ways to go. Needs to link to Stratus 2 or rasberry and would be much more useful. I love someone starting out and would love to support it but this just doesn't put out enough value for the $149 price tag. Having to mount phone perfectly horizinal entire flight makes it unrealistic to use inflight. Ended up on unstalling it hope they rethink their business model.
4 ★I tested this app with Flightgear. Absolutly perfect. With weather CAT III minimum visibility I was able cross the Alps in Twottie without any trouble. But I missed one thing - flightplan direct from Flightgear's Route manager. Because this app have not RNAV fixes in the database, I can't make flightplan for RNAV approach.
3 ★Not compatible with internal GPS on my phone. Even when I'm at 30k feet MSL, position update interval is several minutes and it says GPS unreliable. While my other APPs works with my GPS.
1 ★Poorly written. Spp can not be moved to external SD memory.
3 ★Has potential and I would like to see it develop but price is very steepconsidering it's limited features.
4 ★Takes a few minutes to get accustomed to all these various features. It comes with a manual though and lots of options how to tweak the view, looks like a nifty tool for every pilot.
5 ★Great software written by what are obviously very capable, experienced and intelligent people.
