1 ★Horrible! Worked fine for a while then everything changed on it's own, cannot or will not pair; can't change date or add any pertinent info! Will not update either! What's up with this smartwatch! If it's such a smartwatch it's acting really dumb! I am so disappointed!
4 ★The downloadable watch faces are not sized to fit the my iTouch Sport (circle) watchface. If there is a way to resize, i have not found it yet. Will add two stars once this is resolved. ***Edit: my inquiry has been resolved. I would also add, i would pay more for this watch in the future if the actual inner touch screen was resized to fill the dead space of the entire circle... iTouch Sport 2.0?***
3 ★It tracks my Steps incorrectly at the beginning of each month. For instance, for Monday it gave me the Steps for Sunday; for Tuesday and Wednesday it gave me the same number. It seems that it doesn't know when the month starts.
1 ★Watch does not keep correct steps. Sleep is also incorrect. As of today my oxygen sensor disappeared and it no longer vibrates. Getting worse all the time. You removed the oxygen sensor off the app? That's one reason I bought watch. That stinks.3-9-21 Now the alerts for.messages don't work!
4 ★The watch is sleek and comfortable i am sad though nobody speaks of the app to go withthe watch... I am satisfied with the app overall however there is much room for improvement as there is only one button on the watch you cannot access the setting within the watch without using the app through your phone theres also camera and music options within the watch but they areunaccessable and do nothing withoutusing the app within the phone i believe this limits the watch and impares its potential.
3 ★I really like my watch but the weather app worked for about a month then it stopped. I have reinstalled the app. Like the other reviewer the app is not working. This is a problem that itouch should recall/fix their product. I am disappointed with my watch at this moment. 😢
3 ★Stylish and has good features - but not 100 accurate. Does not track my heart rate accurately. Had me hiking up 5 mile, straight hills at a heart rate of 78. Manually it was over 118. I noticed when I am sitting, if my heart rate appears really low, I will nudge the watch forward and my heart rate goes back up.
3 ★Now my weather will no longer show up on my watch. I guess it's time to replace it with a real more expensive watch that will work for everything. I really like this watch but it's starting to give me alot if problems after alittle over a year of having it.
1 ★Disappointed, BPM stopped tracking after only 2 months. Now, after 5 months, the watch won't even turn on unless its attached to the charger. Granted, it wasn't an expensive watch, but a 6 month life isn't worth the expense.
1 ★Update: already said I did all that and still not working!! I guess I'll just return then. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still no different. My steps even have quit working now today! Please leave a phone number we can call for options to return or something since I literally haven't had a month. Got for Christmas and started using month ago. Can we get replacement or what options are? Phone number to call instead of texting here please! Old: Weather not working...unstable app... needs fixing
5 ★It is a nice fit and active app. So I would say buy this for signicant other. My mom gave me one. It is simple to use. It is nice working outside. It makes since to wear this than to try dieting. I was using other watches so. It was nice some parts of tge system incomparable to iwatch air. So I know I would get something so good. I didn't know how easy it was to use. Until I lossed the directions. It was so easy to get it conected . For use it's still charging. I can't wait until I exercise .
5 ★Simple way to connect to adjust features on watch. UDATE: I learned that when I wear my smart watch to bed, I can keep track of my sleeping. But on the watch that is hard. So what I have learned NOW is that I can access all the information with the app. It is amazing to see a ongoing record of walking/running, heart beat, sleep-deep/light/awake, Makes it easy to change your clock face and update information. NOW I know about how well I am sleeping! This is funny and very interesting at the same time. Love that now I can see what I am actually doing!
