Activity Diagnosis is an easy to use app that enables you to monitor your physical activities, their intensity levels, helps you plan your meals and set goals.The Monthly Calendar sheets provides a checkmark feature to help track the progress on a daily basis for the entire month, and to capture key details and add notes.
You can calculate your activity level by logging in your level of regular physical activity, minutes per week at that level of activity and miles run per week.
The Cycling Sheet provides a method for you to track your weekly cycling activity. Simply add the date, your goal and and the actual time you spent cycling.
Using the Meal Planner sheet you can keep a comprehensive log of your daily food intake. Simply add time and food details in the log.
Entering data is simple. Tap on the cell to edit and add the text. Locally save your list, and re-use it with minimal changes. Simply tap e-mail to send it to others instantly and get feedback from them. Alternatively, you can email it to yourself.
