1- تحديد نوع البلاغ (استفسار،شكوى،مقترح).
2- تحيد منطقة الحدث.
3- كتابة وصف مختصر للبلاغ.
4- تحديد الموقع عن طريق الخريطة.
5- إرفاق صورة الحدث.
6- إدخال رقم جوال المبلغ وذلك للتواصل معه.
7- إدخال كود التأكيد والذي سوف يصل إلى جوال المبلغ برسالة نصية.
8- النقر على ارسال البلاغ.

بعد إرسال البلاغ يتم إرسال رسالة نصية للمسؤول عن البرنامج ليقوم بتحويله للجهة المختصة لمعالجة المشكلة.
