Il Parma Home Restaurant (Festival della Cucina Domestica, inusuale e del Social Eating), è organizzato da NTV 3.1 in collaborazione con il Master in “Web communication e social media“ dell’Università di Parma.La filosofia e il concept del festival (innovativo e originale nella formula) è quello di valorizzare le produzioni DOC-DOP-IGP di Parma e provincia e promuovere, nelle case ed in spazi insoliti, gli usi e consumi gastronomici della popolazione locale favorendo la socializzazione con finalità anche di promozione territoriale e turistica.
Il festival si tiene in due weekend di maggio e di ottobre.
Va considerato che Parma è stata scelta dall’Unesco come “Città creativa per la gastronomia” e che Maggio è il mese di Cibus, Salone Internazionale dell’Alimentazione, e dunque crediamo che il nostro-vostro Festival avverrà nel posto e nel momento giusto.
Il Festival è possibile anche grazie al patrocinio del Comune di Parma, alla partecipazione dell’Accademia Italiana della Cucina, di diverse associazioni e comuni del parmense, oltre che di varie aziende leader nel settore agro-alimenatre e di attori agenti nell’ambito della ristorazione pubblica e del social eating.
