1 ★Would rather be able to access this feature via a website and not have to download it to my device...
4 ★How to get user id password??? @admin plz suggest.
5 ★Quick, easy way to verify identity, even though we live 7 hours away from the conveyancer. Painless process, was done in minutes & they had everything straight away. Only hiccup was the conveyancer should have sent a second account for both of us, but that's an issue of training, not the app's fault at all. Signature could be better, you could allow a photograph of a signature, just like scanning one in to sign a digital document, but if your phone screen is okay it works well enough. However my other phone has resistive touch, so if that was my only phone it might have been awful. Something to consider when not everyone has the latest & greatest device. All in all though, it's miles ahead of posting back & forth and taking an extra week to finalise the sale. It certainly doesn't deserve the only review to be 1 star with no explanation, so I thought I'd take the time to say this.
5 ★Great app. Done all the verification within 5 mins. Very easy to use!
